These apartments are going down the drain. Fast the manager just moves anybody in now does not care is too noisy and people smoke entirely too much in the apartment complex to where it is so annoying. Not just a cigarette smoke, but weed smoke. Too kids are running around on other people. 's patios, porches and stairs, you can't even enjoy a quiet day. At your own appointment because of everything. That's going on. The parking is starting to get out of control and nothing seems to get done thing. I am going to say is Peter has always been an awesome maintenance guy. I will give Peter 50 stars. Just so you know, for the management, Noo!
May I add to this review? There has been several families and several people on the waiting list that aren't moving in the apartment, but there are other people moving in. That's never been on a waiting list. So you mean to tell me the families that are moving in word-of-mouth comes first before anybody else. And let me address this. Of course, you don't know. I am living on the property on the list and I am one of the persons who have not received a call. Everything I have mentioned on this review needs to be looked into. Maybe corporate needs to do a surprise visit of the property. Everything I have mentioned has been brought to the manager's attention Of course.My friend has been on the waiting list for 3 years No phone call or anything phone number is still the same. Someone needs to explain to how all these other people are just moving in not on the way to list. Not on the bond program, but it's just moving in fixing apartments right away. You're telling other people? Oh, it won't be ready till June or July. But the apartment that I was inquiring about is already been rented out. Corporate, you need to be involved. You need to look into what's going on with this property. And why is so many people moving in? That's not on the waiting list. And the property is going And looking the way it do looks.Someone needs to come through from corporate to see what's going on with the property and the managers of this property. Thank you!
