His work ethics are unstoppable , including today’s event where he was again present , consistently professional, Kind and focused. I just want to say that living here is a blessing. I live in # 2D. Our matinance guy Pete Garcia is on top of things. There isn't an issue he can't fix. We have had a few matinance personnel before...they were all decent, but Pete is number #1. He is also an outstanding person. He is friendly and attentive. He really goes out of his way to help all the residents here at the Estancia. From what I have seen all the residents really like him.

I have to give Estancias Maintenance Peter Garcia his props. Having a good Maintenance is very important when moving in apt. I have lived at Estancia for over 5 years. Peter has always made sure any issues or concerns i had were taking care of. Any work i needed done he always did his best to make sure it was done in a timely manner. There is not one person in my apt complex that doesn't think highly of him. Not just as Maintenance but as a person. He is very friendly and respectful also. 5 stars he definitely deserves for sure. Hello I live in the Estancia Apartments in Ontario Ca and I’m writing this review on how wonderful and friendly my community is! I bought some things to help make my apt handicap assessable so my manager TERA sent over our mantaince man Peter who by the way is awesome ! Peter is not only friendly and knowledgeable he’s also someone tht will go above and beyond to get the job done right!! Thanks Peter!!!

Maintenance Peter Garcia is the best! He's very respectful and anytime I needed anything done in my apartment small or large he comes right away. Even when I thought a snake was in my laundry room( darn lizard snake) he came and saved me lol.Tara in the office i also like more the any office staff in the last 4 years I've been living here. She is aways helpful, and responds right away when I have needed something .If she had the control to cut this darn Giant forest tree that I hate, hovering over my padio, that makes me not be able to enjoy my patio, because I'm cleaning pinecones and pine branches every other day. I think she would have gotton it chopped down for me😡 I hate that tree

I got to say I've been living here for just under four years now and this place is great. The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful. Whatever question or concern you have they always have the right answer and always helpful. The maintenance works get the work orders done in a fast and timely manner. The neighborhood and area is very quiet and well kept up and maintained. I would recommend coming down and checking it out, if your looking for a good apartment to live in.
