Living here is great access to stores like staters and target and when ever I need anything done to the apartment I just call our great maintenance manager, Peter Garcia and he handles it with with ease
I really like it here. Joel the manager is really nice and very accommodating and i always enjoy talking with him. I have to call out Peter the maintenance guy is pretty awesome ??? also.
3 years ago i moved into the Estancia Apartment's an from day 1 was treated great therafter I realized i would be safe, I liked the cleanliness around the apartment's N Maintenance workers R Great Always at least with Me, I've just moved but miss it already Thanks 4 the Experience.
Joey keeps the property clean very professional , hes the best manager. He do his job very well and keep the property nice very nice.

I just want to say that living here is a blessing. I live in # 2D. Our matinance guy Pete Garcia is on top of things. There isn't an issue he can't fix. We have had a few matinance personnel before...they were all decent, but Pete is number #1. He is also an outstanding person. He is friendly and attentive. He really goes out of his way to help all the residents here at the Estancia. From what I have seen all the residents really like him.
The maintenance team at Estancia apartment homes is the best. With The leadership of Peter Garcia there's no maintenance team on this side of God's green earth better.

I have to give Estancias Maintenance Peter Garcia his props. Having a good Maintenance is very important when moving in apt. I have lived at Estancia for over 5 years. Peter has always made sure any issues or concerns i had were taking care of. Any work i needed done he always did his best to make sure it was done in a timely manner. There is not one person in my apt complex that doesn't think highly of him. Not just as Maintenance but as a person. He is very friendly and respectful also. 5 stars he definitely deserves for sure. Ask anyone at Estancia.

The manager Joey was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire application process. He made it easy for a smooth transition into our new home.

I had a leak in the master bathroom ceiling from the unit above me and Peter was on it he fixed the leak and the vendors came the very next day to close the whole. Appreciate the quick and fast service. Thank you

Living at Estancia for this past 2 years has been very pleasant. Great community with an awesome staff team. Joey, is very professional and very helpful at the front office. Peter is also great always on top of any maintenance request. The apartment property is always kept clean and maintain.
Mariam and staff are always so kind, always trying help you in any way they can friendly and professional Thank you. Estancia is a great place to live in.
I have been living here for the last 6 years, when ever I have a problem I call the office..they fixed right away. to me is a nice place to live.
I enjoy living here and it is peaceful. I just wish that more residents were responsible pet owners and cleaned up after their pets.
The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are professional and wonderful. Premises are kept clean.
The call took forever and it took a while to get here but once the maintenance guy got here he did a good job. I appreciate what he did.

My husband and I lived here for two years and since the first day we went to ask for information on their units Celeste and Delsey were always so friendly and welcoming! They constantly went above and beyond to help us out. The overall apartment complex is nice and was constantly being up-kept.
Estancia has been a wonderful place to call home. Lived here for 2 years and I have nothing bad to say. Celeste and Delsy were extremely friendly and helpful , always going above and beyond to accomodate to our needs. Highly recommend!
I got to say I've been living here for just under four years now and this place is great. The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful. Whatever question or concern you have they always have the right answer and always helpful. The maintenance works get the work orders done in a fast and timely manner. The neighborhood and area is very quiet and well kept up and maintained. I would recommend coming down and checking it out, if your looking for a good apartment to live in.
A great place to call home. This apartment community is extremely beautiful,the grounds and facilities are kept clean every day.The workout room and pool area is lovely.The staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs,and are quick to attend to any problem that arise.A beautiful neighborhood to live.

This apartment community is well kept and peaceful community. The office staff very accomodating and friendly also. Good location alot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and school. Very recomendable!!!!
