Our move-in was very smooth, No surprises, everything stayed consistent. Sometimes is hard to get a hold of management however they are prompt to return...

Lived here about 2 years. The complex is always being bought and sold. Office staff changes on a regular basis and are very rude and have no clue on how to speak or treat tenants. Maintenance never fixes anything correctly and never comes in a timely manner. I refused to resign my lease because I had a horrible roach problem the last 3 months before I moved out and their exterminator came 3 times in that time period and still couldn't get rid of them. I didn't give a 30 day notice because I planned on resigning a lease until they couldn't get rid of the roaches. I've NEVER lived in apartment and had a roach problem I refused to live like that and they said I'm still liable to pay 30 days. NO WAY. HORRIBLE place to live DON'T DO IT.

Very misleading with information they have incompetent people answering the phones and having me waste my time to go down there and I get another stupid answer. Stay away dont rent here its a scam they didnt even apologize for the mistake they will tell you anything to get you in the door.
