This place sucks!! The two people in the office are lazy and have poor communication. How do they even rent to people if they NEVER answer the phone. ð¡I know why they donât answer....because the ringer is always off SMH. Here is the kicker, me and my brother go in to rent a unit, we are set to move in GREAT so we thought. Less than a week from our move in day something told me to go into the office, since I havenât been able to get in contact with them by phone.....go figure. They tell me OH Mr Anderson we have been trying to call you all week but got no answer.....RIGHT. Then she says we even called your brother and he said he would tell you to call us LMFAO so funny that my brother canât get in contact with you guys either. Come to find out, they have the wrong phone number for me on there computer, but have the RIGHT number in my file. So why not look in my paper file??? Anyway Loooonnnggg story short they say the unit your set to move into in 4DAYs!!! You canât move into because the people there now have decided to stay. WHAT THE HELL. Than we have another one for you but itâs more money and wonât be ready for another month. ð¯.....ðð¾ Give me my money back and I will move elsewhere.
