This is for anyone who is even remotely considering renting at this complex. I cannot express enough how much you should NOT move here. The staff is so incompetent. We lived there for 1 year. While living there with my husband and 1.5 year old son we were accused by the office management that we were throwing parties and blasting music. I was also pregnant the entire duration of living there until we had our daughter by the end of our lease agreement. So we were definitely not partying at all. They gave us a notice for that without even investigating the truth. We were also accused of having a dog secretly when we have never had a dog there. There were so many accusations that we began building a case against them for harassment. They seemed to calm down on the accusations up until we moved out. While living there the maintenance staff changed on almost a monthly basis. These are strangers that have keys and access to your apartment. Not only that but about 3 police officers came knocking on our door at about 11pm one night not long after giving birth to our 2nd baby, and asked if someone had jumped over our porch wall or was hiding in our apartment because someone ran from the police and tried to hide in the complex. Luckily, no one had entered our unit and the police went on their way. So this area is definitely not very safe. Last but definitely not least, after moving to our new house we waited to get our deposit back. About 4 months passed by with no word until suddenly the new manager contacted my husband saying we owed them over $1000 for damages and cleaning the apartment. When I messaged the lady back saying that what she was doing is completely illegal and that I wanted an itemized list with receipts or I'd take them to small claims court, they called and said "sorry for whatever happened between you and the previous management but you don't owe us anything anymore". That's what I thought. Make no mistake, the new management are a bunch of con artists as well. They really tried to play us by getting more money out of us after we moved. When we moved in there we were desperate and had we known what drama and stress they'd be bringing into our lives we would have NEVER considered this place. Our entire building was INFESTED with cockroaches. I am super OCD about cleanliness and the cockroaches and all the issues put me into a deep depression that I didn't even realize I was in until I moved out of that horror apartment. The owners of this property have tons of apartments all over the country. If you research them, there are tons of people who have worked for this company leaving terrible reviews about how they make their employees do crazy unattainable things. So don't be surprised if you think you're moving into a nice peaceful place and then realize it's an absolutely traumatizing experience because the staff makes up stuff to reach their goals. Good luck in your apartment hunting endeavors!
