RENTER BEWARE*** This building allows the use of personal filming from windows and the exterior of apartments. Some of the renters have huge security cameras and other wide lens cameras facing stairwells. I personally find this disgusting and would not want to live above the creepy male renters who are filming through their windows at Estancia Apartments. #METOO
