I have been living in this property since 2017. The property is very clean and the management is wonderful especially Mariam who works at the leasing office.

I lived here for over a year best maintenance and upkeep as far as apartment complexes go by far u always see peter in his little kart cleaning something or fixing something.. thank you peter I appreciate you I have been here for 2 yrs now .. Only reason i left any stars is because of peter and how hard he works at keeping this place clean .. but the new manager is garbage he does nothing but sit in the office the girls before him actually came out and checked on things most importantly the pool is disgusting we pay 2400 a month for a gym that isnt open all the time like it’s suppose to be broken most of the time and a dirty pool because management allows kids in there alone unsupervised and trashing the pool.. it’s ridiculous the water is always cloudy and there’s always debris not to mention the gate is broken so it doesnt lock so anyone can enter which is against city code .. any gate entrance should lock behind u when entering the pool ..this place has changed a lot in the last year n not for the better the best thing they have here is peter and they are lucky for that ..

New manager, Miriam, is pleasant to speak with. She’s very professional and patient. Pete does a great job maintaining the entire complex. He’s very professional, reliable and an asset to the community.
